New paper on the politics of post-2013 CAP reform: comments welcome!

I have written a paper that reviews the political landscape of CAP reform so as to make it more legible to the public. The paper is to be published soon as an ECIPE Working Paper, so I would need any comments by Friday, January 21, in the evening. In case you happen to find the time to have a look at the paper at such short notice … that would be great!

You can safely skip the first pages that look at the substantive issues and focus on pages 10-23 that deal with the policy process. Any additional information and points of disagreement are appreciated!
